Jenss & Associates has teamed with Michael Davis Consulting to develop CompKeeper.  Jenss & Associates specializes in compensation consulting and third party survey services.  Edward C. Jenss, principal and owner of the firm, was over 25 years experience compensation management with Fortune 500 organizations.  Mr. Jenss has an active consulting practice in the Southeast and has served as a part-time faculty member at the University of Alabama in Huntsville teaching Strategic Compensation Management.  Mr. Jenss is a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional.

Michael Davis Consulting (MDC), based in Annapolis, Maryland, offers software development services and specializes in Microsoft technology solutions.  Michael Davis, the lead developer for CompKeeper, has over 20 years of software development experience focused on engineering and business data processing. MDC has a reputation of providing reliable software solutions for complex computing challenges.
    CompKeeper with Consulting Services    
   

Jenss & Associates or a Registered CompKeeper Representative will develop a base compensation program for your organization using CompKeeper.  Services include developing job descriptions, market pricing, pay structure design and salary planning. Fees for service will be based on the size of the project.  When the project is completed CompKeeper remains with the client.

    
Technical Support and Customization
Jenss & Associates and MDC will provide up to 8 hours support over the telephone or email at no cost for the first 30 days.  Extended Technical Support is available for a fee.  MDC offers customization services such as linking CompKeeper to your payroll or HRIS database.  Fees for this service will be based on the size and complexity of the project.
System Requirements
CompKeeper is developed on a Microsoft Access platform.  It is recommended that users have installed Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP or later operating system, 256 MB of RAM and 50 MB of available hard disk space, and a SVGA (1024 x 768) or a higher resolution monitor.
