Jenss & Associates or a Registered CompKeeper Representative will develop a base compensation program for your organization using CompKeeper. Services include developing job descriptions, market pricing, pay structure design and salary planning. Fees for service will be based on the size of the project. When the project is completed CompKeeper remains with the client. |

| Technical Support and Customization | ||||
| Jenss & Associates and MDC will provide up to 8 hours support over the telephone or email at no cost for the first 30 days. Extended Technical Support is available for a fee. MDC offers customization services such as linking CompKeeper to your payroll or HRIS database. Fees for this service will be based on the size and complexity of the project. | ||||

| CompKeeper is developed on a Microsoft Access platform. It is recommended that users have installed Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP or later operating system, 256 MB of RAM and 50 MB of available hard disk space, and a SVGA (1024 x 768) or a higher resolution monitor. | ||||
