Work Areas Inside CompKeeper

 

CompKeeper has a Home Page and six Work Areas. The Work Areas are integrated and focus on the key components of a base pay program making it easy to navigate, retrieve and add, edit or delete information.  The Home Page simplifies project management and provides statistics and critical dates for your program along with a Report Directory.  Naturally, plenty of Help is available as you create and maintain your pay program.

With CompKeeper your can:

  • Create Job Descriptions (select a style that fits your organization)
  • Store data from multiple survey sources (settings for aging and weighting the data)
  • Design and maintain multiple pay structures (control midpoint and range spreads)
  • Assign jobs to pay grades based on consensus market data (override for internal reasons)
  • Develop an annual salary plan (fixed or anniversary review dates)
  • Provide management with accurate, relevant reports (print reports or export to a file.
