About Jenss & Associates

Edward C. Jenss is the Founder and Principal of the firm.  He has a B. S. degree in Business Administration from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and a Masters degree in Business Administration from The Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio.  He is a member of  WorldatWork and has earned the Certified Compensation Professional designation awarded by the Association. In addition to consulting and survey assignments, Mr. Jenss conducts workshops and has taught Strategic Compensation Management at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Mr. Jenss has over 30 years of broad experience within the human resource environment with emphasis on compensation and benefits.  He has held management positions with The Travelers Insurance Company, The Standard Oil Company (Ohio), Johnson & Johnson, and the Intergraph Corporation.

As assignments dictate Jenss & Associates will team with other professionals to meet the needs of a client.
